Special sofwares like Activtrak , used to monitor employee activities. It is done to increase employee productivity, and band width aiming companies profit. Some employees may waste time or not being responsible.

Enabling camera or microphone won't be needed much. Without their knowledge, that will too much off micro management leading the employee to get stressed. This should be avoided.
