The main reason that why MEI might use encrypted email in communication with strategic partners and customers so that messages in email would remain private, confidential and integrity of message is not violated by unauthorized person.MEI can use encryption softwares like Triple DES, Twofish, Advanced encryption standard ( AES ) techniques where messages will be encrypted with symetric and public key cryptography.

Enrcryption of emails will help MEI to prevent suspicious eavesdropping over the network and make email more secure and confidential.When MEI uses such software then strategic partners will have authorization to read and send such emails. The sensitive message with encryption can only be read by other authorized party by decryting it..

The main aim of every business is to make sure customers are happy and loyal so When MEI able to make sure customer's privacy is maintained then customers will be satisfied and worryless by knowing that data is secure in the company.Encrypting emials with customer data will help MEI to prevent violation of privacy laws. In US, violation of customer privacy can lead to millions of dollars of legal fines which MEI can prevent by implementing encrypting emails.This way MEI will be able to gain customer's trust and loyalty gradudally.
