Women Discrimination (US HISTORY)

From the very beginnings of the white man's invasion to this American lands, he saw women as property and used simply for child bearing. Is this the case today? Can you site an example(s) where you know women are treated inferior than men.

From the beginning of time, women were treated inferior to men and they were used as sexual pleasure centers and child bearing machines. This was true throughout history across the world and US is no exemption for this trend. Religion helped men establish their superiority oven women but the fact was that these religious scripts were written thousands of years back. As societies became more civilized and educated, all the minorities including women started fighting for their rights. Today, although equality is established by law, women are still discriminated in terms of salary and promotion. They also undergo lots of abuses at work place and most of them come from managers. Women are also not allowed to reach the top positions in the companies and in politics which is still dominated by men.
