Least count of caliper is 0.01 mm whereas least count of micrometer(screw gauge) is 0.001 mm.

  

No. of division on screw gauge scale which is circular is 100 whereas no. of division on caliper scale is 10 only. So, the diameter of the caliper scale is bigger.
