1. Participants were exposed extreme stressful situation that may have long lasting psychological impact on them.
2. Shock giver were deceived as they did not knew that shock was not real and participant recieving shck were confederates of milgram. This deception may have ethical issues too.
3. Milgram did not gave explicit steps for withdrawal from experiment to the participant. However , in ethical research, participant must be given right of withdrawal.
