In your opinion, how do you think the social and ethical questions will be resolved? What problems do these independent contractors face? Consider in your reply issues associated with driver safety, income, benefits and social status.

Various social and ethical questions can be resolved by considering several ways like:

• We could build collaboration with stakeholders like employees, staffs, suppliers, we could get broad view about their concerns, their issues, etc. knowing such concerns, leadership team could build appropriate response to serve the ethical purpose.
• Here, Organization should understand the priority, based on the priority they should serve their people and perform the tasks with engaging people and respect them as well in all aspect.
• Organization should understand the root causes and various source areas from where such ethical issues are generated; they should either eliminate such causes or should control such areas as to resolve the ethical and social questions.

Independent contractors face various problems; such problems are as stated below:

• Lot of driver work as Independent contractors, however, the problems are they could face issues like they need to perform more to earn target amount, there performance would be highly affected by supply and demand, their classifications could be wrongly presented.
• Again, driver would become much independent in their job; they could find less help as they may need in the crucial time. They could also need to manage all their risks at their cost and at their capability.
• They will not receive any full time employee like benefits, hence, they could not claim any such and they could face trouble and poorly motivated as they are not getting all the benefits.
