Fill in the blank choose one answer from inside the brackets

If you need to close some resources in a try-catch regardless if it succeeds or not, you can place the code in ["the catch section", "the try section", "the finally section"] or you can use ["try with resources", "try and try again", "try without a catch"] that uses ["automatic boxes", "appending", "automatic closing"]

Solution

If you need to close some resources in a try-catch regardless if it succeeds or not, you can place the code in

the finally section

or you can use

try with resources

that uses

automatic closing

Explanation

we will see some example of a "finally" and "try with resource"

Scanner scanner = null;
try {
scanner = new Scanner(new File("test.txt"));
while (scanner.hasNext()) {
System.out.println(scanner.nextLine());
}
} catch (FileNotFoundException e) {
e.printStackTrace();
} finally {
if (scanner != null) {
scanner.close();
}
}

you can see in the example we are closing scanner object in the finally section

Now we will see the example try with resource

try (Scanner scanner = new Scanner(new File("test.txt"))) {
while (scanner.hasNext()) {
System.out.println(scanner.nextLine());
}
} catch (FileNotFoundException fnfe) {
fnfe.printStackTrace();
}
You do not require to close the scanner here the reason is that  it automatically closes it self after the try block has executed
