How is it possible for an object that experiences no net magnetic force to experience a net magnetic torque? Please give a thorough explanation and maybe include a drawing in your answer.

If the forces do not act at the same point, then the forces can combine to exert a net torque, causing the object to rotate even though the center of mass does not accelerate.

In this way a net magnetic torque can exist even when the net magnetic force is zero.
