E. 2 and 3 but not 1. is correct one among other options.

Explanation is done by help of figure attached. Phase 1 carbon fixation does not involves the phosphorylation of ATP while other both Phase 2 and phase 3 involves the phosphorylation of ATP and shown in the outline diagram of calvin cycle.
