I worked for a NGO that catered to the needs of the children with special needs .There I met many individual belonging to the age range of 12-40.

And there I met Mark,a 40 year old male who suffered from intellectual disability or popularly called mental retardation.

His intelligence quotient was below average and even if he was 40,he had a IQ level of a 6 year old.Due to the disability , he used to solve problems that a 6 year old could.He had difficulty concentrating and remembering things.

He used to have difficulty in adapting to daily hassles of life and needed constant care.
