As iam consumer for a particular goods and services and that particular goods and services I want to consume and willing to pay higher prices and it is efficient when that goods or services are of more need for me like if I talk about some medicine that iam very need of and that medicine is in shortage then only iam willing to pay higher price for that so, obiviobvi it is efficient.
Same as if I talk about any luxurious item for which iam willing to pay higher price for that item.
So conclusion is the goods and services which is in more need by a person ,then only he willing to pay higher price for that goods and services and it worth it and it is efficient.
