1. Must be authoritive in nature.
2.Must have a charming personality.
3. Must have command over his speech.
4. Must be able to control things easily.
5. Must have a positive attitude.
If i would be a manager, i would sove the organisational conflict by using my power and wisdom both. Sometimes a conflict is not resolved by using power,it can be solved by using intellect. Therefore it totally depends upon the situation that whether to use power or wisdom.Sometimes power might be helpful and sometimes not.If i will use my power then I will make the use of my power by changing various job positions of employees due to which the conflict arises. This will help in resolving conflict problems. Sometimes if the conflict is out of control,then i will suspend the employees who are creating the problem.
