Community health refers to the well being of community of a given geographical area in physical, psychological and social dimensions as health refers to the state of being well in the physical, psychological and social dimensions.
Thus, community health considers the protection of physical fitness, social interactions and psychological state of persons.
The assets of community health are the ones which are used by the people of a community to strengthen their three dimensions of the health. They include like, fresh air, pure water, good sanitation facilitiies, good school facilities, community centre facilities, good working environment, good transportation facilities, all needed opportunities like employment opportunities, social services etc.
The challenges that obstruct in building good community health are limitation in the availability pure drinking of water, child abuse, adolescent pregnancy, social inequalities among the persons, limitation in the availbility of the social resources to certain sector of people in the given community, cast and religious problems, poverty problems, affordable housing etc.

Due to the availability of certain health resources and facilities only to the rich people, at many instances, the poor people are facing lot many problems at different situations and times. Due to the availability of valued education to only a particular sector of people many people are not able to provide quality education to their children. Even with regard to the employment opportunities people are facing problems due to the inequalities in providing jobs.
The Government should make proper laws in providing health care facilities at very low cost/no cost to the poor sector of people and must make the provision of quality health care facilities. In terms of providing quality education also, special schools have to be set up for the upbringing of the children of poor parents. Those who are unemployed, must be provided with jobs at right time and situation, so as to give them good psychological feed.
Persons should take the problems to the notice of the government and should give the possible or implementable ideas also, so as to solve the problems of the community thus can help to the good health of the community.
