What did learn about you and your health? Did you make any lifestyle changes? If so, what will you continue after class is over. If not, why not? What advice can you give to others about their health and wellness?

1. You learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable. To achieve success, you have to be able to step outside your comfort zone. You have to become comfortable being uncomfortable.

2. You learn how to push yourself.

3. You learn that you are tougher than you think and that you can overcome any obstacle you put your mind to.

4. You learn that setbacks and mistakes aren’t failures unless you give up and stop trying.

5. You learn how to create habits. You must follow a routine that moves you forward toward your goals.

6. You learn to balance living in the moment with staying dedicated to long-term goals.

7. Treat a vacation as a break from stress, not as a break from the things that keep you healthy, happy and centered.

8. Try not to focus on your "failures."
