Total 935

One work day has 7.5 hours or 450 minutes.

Thus number of full time employees required to complete job of 935 minutes is 2.

Number of full time ROI staff = 2

Note: subpoenas are average request per week which may reduce by average minutes. However, this shall have no impact on the final answer.
