Ans: 1-> Here are some of the technologies that a company can use as follows:

  • Every business or organization need to have a proper Data security, in order to prevent from wrong use.
  • Every individual in the company needs to have Proper Authentication like face recognition or else fingerprint access.
  • Need to have a frequent change in passwords (includes: numbers, alphabets etc)
  • Everyone must not have access to installing latest Updates or other software.
  • If any data lost we need to have backup access so that the work can’t be stopped.

Hence, these are some of the points to safeguard a piece of company information.

2 -> Here are some of the growing issues of communication as follows:

  • In any company or else organization, the data is not private. It can be accessed very easily.
  • The second important is communication through emails. In any company emails are the major source for communication and there is no privacy. The data can be viewed one or the other systems.
  • In the company, the individuals communicate through instant messaging for faster communication. Since there is no privacy or end to end encryption the data can be accessed.
  • There will be free access for installation or else software updates from other sites. There must be authentication to access them.

3 -> Every company needs to have privacy and policies before they (employees) join. Nowadays social media is a great platform for finding out information that helps not only in joining in the company but also to know about the individual (employee) strengths, capable of doing work etc. Simply we can know one’s profile with all the data.
