  • Suggest Feasible Alternatives: the operational or structural change should be such that the hospital needs to provide the suitable alternatives to the patients so that patients can make the urgent decision and they can make the speed to work for saving the life of their relatives.
  • Special arrangement for chronic diseases: the operational and structural change should be such that they can manage the chronic disease adequately and smoothly.
