Answer)
Having a country privacy act is a necessity in the world of computers and the Internet. Thus, when we have a big country which occupies huge land and a mix of different people from different regions the state constitutions become important when it comes to privacy rights, to implement and contour those rules which were made and make the citizens abide by those rules. Thus privacy rights should be provided and are important by the state department.
The state constitution provides right to privacy and other privacy rights based on the US Amendments and thus when it comes to the state to implement and apply those right, they should do so and should make aware the citizens.
