Let us imagine a non profit organisation which offers after-school tutoring to the kids.As tutions are offered,there would be requirement for professional staff who possess plenty of knowledge regarding academic subjects.Since it is an after-school activity,it would remain only for 3-4 hours in the evening.So,on weekdays,the appointed professional staff need to work in the evenings and they should be able to help kids by teaching difficult subjects and by helping them to complete their home-works,etc.Simultaneously professional staff and volunteers should conduct campaings in the morning hours.They should personally visit certain places like educational institutes,public events,donors,etc and should conduct various programmes where main goal of their non-profit organisation is described.They should deliver their message in an entertaining manner and should motivate and encourage people to contribute to the organisation.Volunteers need to be given a target where they need to increase donors and funds.Few professionals should be appointed to look after accounts,contracts with donors and other financial matters.

In afternoon hours and on weekends,organisation should provide training in extra-curricular acitivities for kids,youth,house-wives,senior citizens,etc.By this, organisation can collect revenue from fees paid to these extra-curricular acitivities.Professionals and volunteers who possess knowledge in academic subjects along with painting skills,cooking skills,yoga techniques,dancing skills,etc should be appointed.Such multi-talented staff can be efficiently.They should provide train people well enough in dancing,painting,cooking and various other activities.

In this way,professional staff is effectively utilized in morning,afternoon and evening hours.Volunteers are assigned work only in the morning and afternoon hours since they got an extra work to increase donors and contributions.Therefore,this is how professional staff and volunteers can be used effectively.If this is followed,maximum funds and high revenue can be acquired.
