1A- IMViC tests are valuable because IMViC tests are used to study the physiological characteristics of bacteria from the Family Enterobacteriaceae, especially Escherichia and Enterobacter. The biochemical characteristics of bacteria can be used to demonstrate their metabolic diversity.

1B- Enterobacteriaceae means any of a family of gram-negative straight rod bacteria that ferment glucose and include saprophytes as well as some serious plant and animal pathogens .

FAECAL COLIFORMS is facultative anaerobes that originate from the intestine of warm-blooded animals where NON -FAECAL COLIFORMS is Rod-shaped Gram-negative bacteria that belongs to thefamily Enterobacteriaceae.

FAECAL COLIFORMS is live in the intestine of the warm-blooded animals where NON -FAECAL COLIFORMS is live in soil, aquatic environment, and on vegetation.
