It might be because of maximum utilization of RAM.
If any presence of malware.
It is also because of outdated software.
So in-accordence to the above points. I planned to ask the below questions as a help support agent.
1. From how long you are facing the issue?
2. Could you please give me the statistics of utilization of RAM and ROM?
3. How frequently will you update the available OS software updates in your device?
4. Have you installed any anti-virus package or software in your device?
5. Have you installed any apps or softwares from any untrusted sources?
