No, I don't think that FOIA request for getting information about the process by which potential drone targets are selected and approved should be granted. Having such information in public domain could potentially help the "bad" guys avoid being the targets, by finding loopholes in the process. However we also need to take care that the technology is not exploited by some of corrupt leaders.
