Half maximal rate(km) it depends on the affinity of the enzyme.

GLUT1 (for myocyte) and GLUT3 (for RBC) has low km so has higher affinity for glucose so reach its half-maximal rate at identical rate. GLUT4 has high km so has low affinity so reach its half maximal rate at lower rate which convert in liver cells.
