1) pilocarpine is a alkaloid colinergic agonist drug ,it is Muscarinic receptor agonist .it cause parasympathetic activation and thus decrease heart rate - bradycardia.

It has action paradoxical on cvs , expected effect of Muscarinic agonist is vasodepression but it cause hypertension. Bradycardia and trachycardia both has been reported with pilocarpine
