In above question BssHI is a restriction endonuclease enzyme. Restriction endonuclease enzyme cuts DNA from inside with its specific sequence. In case of BssHI the specific sequence is G^CGCGC. This means enzyme will cut between G and C of aforementioned sequence in DNA where this sequeence is present. This result in production of DNA fragments having CGCGC end.
Now only those DNA fragment can bind which carry complementry sequence of aforementioned sequence. Out of all option only option C have correct complementry sequence.
So overall sequence will be
G^CGCGC
GCGCG^C
So answer is option C
