When a public sector security or law agent found guilty in a crime, No they are not punishable offence because USSS is not found criminally liable because as per the rules of the USSS (united states secret service) because the public sector security always wants to protect the citizens and law of country if any of condition any circumstances comes then in this fortune the decision taking by them may be wrong or right. If anyhow the incorrect decision was made by them it is not shown that their intention to be false or doing wrong, they were trained for the security of law and everything of country, at the selection procedure their Behavioural ethics also checked and they are professional at their works. If the condition became more severe by their then some kind of punishes may occur in the form of the transfer only. So they are not found any criminally liable.

The public sector security selected then their procedures of selection comes through from their mental ability, their judgemental consideration, behavioural index, psychology, thinking pattern, knowledge, passion, ethics etc. after all of the procedure they are not to expected to do wrong, and USSS also provide them with some power and authority to decide their as judgemental ability, so they are not found guilty in the criminally liable in that crimes.
