Global climate change is causing a rise in mean temperature. Temperature limits the growth & development of plants. C3 plants include those plants that we humans depend commonly, such as rice, wheat, spinach, peanuts, apple, potato etc. C4 plants doesn't include plants that we depend commonly; some of C4 plants are sugar cane, maize etc. The C3 plants will struggle very much to thrive due to the conditions of high temperatures. Under the stress situations such as drought, high temperature, the potential photosynthesis is suppressed in C3 plants. This means that the C3 plants are more affected by global climate change than C4 plants, since C4 plants are adapted to tolerate high temperatures, drought, salinity. When C3 plants are being adversely affected by changing global temperature, we humans are also going to struggle because we depend a lot on these plants.
hope the answer helps.
