1. What impact would a mutation in Ras-GAP or Ras GEFs have on Ras signal transduction? In the table below put positive if Ras signaling would be active (Ras-GTP) and negative if Ras signaling would be inactive (Ras-GDP). I have already shown the results for no mutation.
