For the improvement of standard of health, quality care and for the improvement of the composure the MOH developed, the e-health in Saudi Arabia. E-health is defined by WHO and this is the united usage of electronic communication and information technology in health sector. To understand the revelation, MOH developed a business strategy of five years and placed e-health as a basic enabler and renovation agent. To qualify the vision, The Ministry of Health worked along with various national and international consultants and IBM and developed the e-health strategy and the five years’ road map. The strategy supports basic business objectives like-

1. Care of the patient
2. To link providers at all heights of care.
3. Measure the routine of healthcare provision.
4. Transform world class standards healthcare support.

The Ministry of Health pursues to accomplish perceptible development on e-health sector which propelled at the year 2011 in a short time-frame with two phase. Each phase covers five years and only few nations succeeded to reach it. The Ministry of Health twitch great footsteps by flowing to electronic transaction. The strategy provides a plan of full-fledged group of schemes pointing at recognizing the vision. Some challenges will be there for the management program at the beginning of the process of changing at MOH and its service providers, mobilizing and maintenance to manage with the scope of the time frame and the program. The big challenge is that the way of person changing and the process of addressing is essential for the Ministry of Health. One thing that cannot be belittled or underestimated is the implication of the existence of the complete government prototype with clean outline which is related to liability and a platform of change of the managing authority renowned with flexibility and with proper way to develop.
