Find an opportunity to demonstrate servant leadership in an organization or community through volunteering or serving others. Your goal is to serve the selected organization or entity for at least a total of four hours. Submit a summary (1-2 paragraphs) of your intended servant leadership activity for approval by the instructor. Include the name of the organization and contact information for the organizational leader. You will use this experience as the basis for the CLC presentation in Topic 4. You will need to take pictures during your service project experience for the presentation. You will also need to submit a “Service Project Consent Letter" signed by a representative of the organization.

Consider the following quote from Robert K. Greenleaf as you complete the service project: "The difference manifests itself in the care taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people's highest priority needs are being served. The best test, and difficult to administer, is: Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? And, what is the effect on the least privileged in society? Will they benefit or at least not be further deprived."

As we know servant leadership is that type of leadership style in which leader's main goal is to serve others. To explore my servant leadership, I went to local school in my community where poor childre live and study. In that school there is use of technology and artistic work related education. I decided to serve those children and teacher that how they can use technology in education and become more artistic using technology. The Principal of school gave me permission to serve their student.I took my laptop, camera and internet device to show poor children that how they can use technology like watch DIY videos, use education learning apps, Games etc and help them to teach maths, English and science using technology and application online.

After my serving those children i would say, those children will grow as person in future because mind of child in developing stage is more curious and curiosity makes people to do research and invention in future. those children will become more wiser with use of technology and more autonomous as they would use tech for future career and make their life better and bright which they can could not if they are not exposed to such use of tech in education.I asked the principal of school to implement the technology and for this i decided to raise some fund for the school. this way, i served those children and school with my knowledge, experience and skills.
