In evaluating forecasting accuracy,the reliability is represented by the persons being involved in it because the persons being involved in doing forecasting has a greater responsibility on their shoulders to do their job in a very perfect and accurate manner.Thus reliability has a direct connection with the persons being involved in doing forecasting.For doing forecasting,special persons are being appointed to do the job in an accurate and perfect manner because such a job requires great expertise and knowledge.Thus in my view,reliability has a deep connection with the persons doing forecasting.
