Barriers that prevent the group from leveraging their differences and creating innovative ideas are as follows-
1. Government- when its lawmakers are not innovators, so they make laws which kill innovators and their innovations because they don’t know the importance of innovation.
2. Top level management of an organization- people who make policies if they are not innovative then they make policies which kill innovation at workplace.
3. Traditional top down bottom approach if an organization has then the top level management discourages the empowerment of subordinates and not accept their innovative ideas.
4. Organization only focuses on risk reduction and innovation came with a huge risk.
5. No incentives given to the innovative ideas for growth.
6. Lack of support by superiors
7. Resistance to change
8. Lack of effective communication between the superiors and subordinates
9. No opportunities given to employees for thinking about innovative ideas
10. Lack of respect given to each other’s opinion by the employees and employers
11. Lack of understanding why this is an innovative idea and how it can be fruitful

A new product can fail if it is not able to create value and attract customers, this happen in the market or externally but sometimes new product fails internally because of lack of development, implementation policies and research and marketing; and this whole situation innovation plays a vital role. The organization that implement lots of ideas and they have equal probability of success and failure. Failure is the mother of innovations; it means all the innovative ideas came from failure. Every innovative idea has a lot of risk to become fail. Failure is very important for success because it shows where we went wrong and what we can do in future to make the product more valuable than we earlier decided. Failure gives opportunity to develop and grow more effectively and efficiently than before.
