1. It helps in fostering cultural sensitivity and cross cultural empathy inside the organization which results in an inclusive work culture which is rich in innovation and creativity and thus helps in improving the performance
2. This helps in developing a focus on the needs of the culturally diverse patients and enables the care givers to understand the cultural needs of the patients and develop and deliver services according to them. This improves health care quality
3. The system approach enables the health care organizations to develop processes, policies and procedures that support diversity inside the organization. This motivates the employees and make them work harder.
