These members pay thousands of dollars in annual dues, and there are usually two member meetings each year. There are meetings of various committees, and a networking reception. Day one starts with a light breakfast buffet, then a box lunch, and a casual reception around 4:30 PM the first day with breakfast and lunch on day two. The members are on their own for dinner. The meetings often involve presentations, and group discussions and informal socializing at bars and restaurants after the meetings. They are considering two venues in the area based on a Google Search: The Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel and the Cleveland Marriott Courtyard University Circle

  • Recognize the past period performance so that representative feels proud and motivated and will do better work in coming time period.
  • Resolve their major issues for business: The major issues of the representatives and delegates needs to be resolved so that they feel their issues are listened and suitable measures are taken for preventing from their adverse impacts for the business.
  • Provide a guidance /support for better performance in coming time so that the representative feels that they are well supported by company and company is helping them for business objectives.
  • Increase the sale and revenue for the business: The overall aim of this session I to motivate the team so that they feel better and will do better performance than the current period and will result in better sale and revenue for the business. The sale and revenue increase is the topmost aim for the session. This will also involve market assessment and approach for going forward with the key inputs from this field team.
