Given the following infectious organisms, what type of vaccine would you attempt to develop and why (ie: live, attenuated, killed organism, subunit, or other)?

a). E. coli O157: H7, a bacterium that makes Shiga toxin, which contributes to mortality.

b). SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that is currently circulating.  

c). Cryptococcus neoformans, a fungus that is coated in a polysaccharide capsule.

a) As E.coli stain can produce Shiga toxin, immunization is done by inactivating the toxin that cause the disease symptoms. This method of immunisation is called Toxoids type of vaccination. For that inactivation of toxin-producing bacteria researchers generally used heat, or chemical (Formalin) reagent for treatment.

b) For SARS-CoV-2 corona virus the subunit type of vaccination is approched. In this type the part of target pathogen is used for immunisation. Isolation of target protein from pathogen for the shake of vaccination is performed for influenza vaccaination.

c) The conjugated type of vaccination is attempted for Cryptococcus neoformans . This type is simmilar to reconbinaant type vaccation. The coat of pathogen is used for targeting of vaccination and the coat is chemicallty linked wth protein..
