To what extent does the financial health of Westlake Lanes allow it to proceed with its intended strategic move?

In my view though Westlake lanes is facing several significant leadership and managerial challenges, there employees also feeling demotivated due to bankruptcy and their potential job loss, company is experiencing the decrease in income as well as an increase in expenses, in spite of all these changes, I still feel that company can very much proceed with intended strategic move, this is primarily because

• Company can easily reduce operating costs by finding a new supplier,
• Company can also decrease their expenses and by dismissing an unmotivated employees
• Company has started earning profits they can easily secure continued growth

All of these are main reason why I feel that company can proceed with the strategic move through careful planning.
