What temperature does pepsin, trypsin, amylase, lactase, lipase, and other human enzymes, function best at? Explain your reasoning.
All the enzymes has an optimum temperature is about 37°c.
As our body temperature is 37° c and all the enzymes present in our body much have to be more active on that temperature otherwise they will not be able to function properly in our body.
That's why when we have a fever , that means temperature of our body increased then digestion problems may be seen.
Because enzyme becomes less efficient in elevated and decreased temperature also.
Thank you
