C9H10O2N (Phenylalanine) : Polar

C2H2 (Acetylene) : Non Polar

so polar molecule possess permanent dipole moment so only NH3 and C9H10O2N (Phenylalanine) will show rotational spectrum

CHCL3 : Polar

CH4 : Non POlar

H2O : Polar

CO2 : Non Polar

H2CO : Polar
