Yes, protists, and even all the members of kingdom protista have organelles. This is because they are eukaryotic in nature.

Eukaryotes are characterised by the presence of -

1. Double membrane bound well defined nucleus which contains the genetic material.

2. Genetic material, DNA is extensively packaged with the help of positively charged basic histone proteins.

3. Membrane bound organelles like mitochondria, golgi, ER, chloroplast, lysosomes, vacuoles etc are present.
