Answer- It lowers triglycerides in the blood and reduces blood clotting.

Explanation- Cold water fish which are usually marine like Salmon fish contain Omega 3 fatty acid like Alpha-linolenic acid, docosahexaenoic acid which are basically polyunsaturated fats. It lowers down the triglycerides level in blood prevent the risk of blood clotting. They actually prevent the clumping of blood platelets and keep the artery wall smooth. In this way they reduce the risk of blood clotting.
