a toxicant meeds to be bioactivated in order to display its characteristic toxicity. would it likely be more toxic by the dermal route or oral route? why?

The toxicant will remain to be more toxic when it given by dermal route because it will be able to directly act on the target site. On the other hand, when the toxicant is taken by oral route, it gets inactivated by the digestive enzymes. As a result, it loses its effect.
