CALVIN CYCLE IS THE DARK REACTION OCCURING IN ALL PHOTOSYNTHETIC PLANT, IT FIX THE CO2 INTO GLUCOSE WITH EXPENDITURE OF ENERGY. GLYCOLYSIS IS THE COMMON STEP FOR OXIDATION OF GLUCOSE AND IT DOES NOT REQUIRE OXYGEN.
