the sentence saying "the tumor cell can promote wound healing by angiogenesis or tissue remodeling (etc). If this is happening often, the "live" rate is low. Meaning that the tumor has been there a while and spread a lot." this confuses me about

1)are there tumor cells in us?

2)if there are, are they the ones being attacked by the tumor making things?

3)if the tumor cell is promoting the wound healing, is this good?meaning if they are already in us are they doing all that to get rid of the tumor spreading OR are they doing it against the mechanism that our body tries to destroy them (so they like promote their own tumors tissues and angiogenesis their own environment in order to grow)

4)or is this sentence just completely non-sense and probably written wrong, if so what is the issue about the tumor cells being existent in our body? are they there and just get activated or are they inserted to us some how? Is angiogenesis of these bad for us?

Answer no. 1 yes we have cancerous or tumor cells in our body.

Answer no. 2 Their are many ingredients and steps which are necessary for a normal cell to turn into a cancerous cell.

Let us assume that, someone following instructions in an ATM machine to collect money. Now, If the ATM machine develops a fault and starts churning out too many notes of currency, then ultimately it will start producing too many amounts of notes than actually required. In this scenario, the ATM machine is our DNA, and the instructions are the signal telling the cell to grow.

so the cells can make growth due to some abnormal signals as part of their normal role. generally, Our cells are well equipped with tools to fix mistakes in DNA as they arise. But these tools aren't totally full proof and sometimes we see that mistakes don’t get fixed. whereas some cancers are caused by mistakes in the tools themselves and sometimes the cell also loses certain safety mechanisms, which pushes it towards growing like a cancer cell.

The process of Angiogenesis is highly essential for our body as it plays a crucial role in wound healing by forming new blood vessels from preexisting vessels by invading the wound clot.

Answer no.4 The sentence is needed to be corrected as, there are many things that can make a cell to grow uncontrollably and become cancerous, but there are checks in place to stop that from happening if we apply safe habits and good lifestyle in our life. The accumulation of more and more damaged DNA is the most fundamental part. Here we can avoid some damages like– damage caused by smoking and drinking alcohol, while some damages can't be healed, such as the damage that comes from becoming older. So even if we try and live as healthily as we can live, there are many cells present in our bodies who still have the potential to become cancerous because of the aging process.
