Hi, I was doing a chemistry problem and I don't understand why the conjugate base of acetic acid is a weak base (the correct ans). If you have a weak acid shouldn't it be a strong conjugate base?

Stronger the acid (HA),weaker the conjugate base (anionA).

So conjugate base of acetic acid is a strong base and we know acetic acid is a weak acid.

Explain by chemical reaction as-more value of Ka more acidic and less basic.

Less value of Ka (comparison to acid ) then more basic and less acidic.
