Find a job posting for a field you are interested in applying to.
Research the company, prepare a list of appropriate phrases to use during an interview to project enthusiasm and interest in the job, in the company, and in other relevant aspects of the target organization.
This list should be based on research of the interviewer, the organization, and the industry.
Discuss what the target organization is and why you came up with these phrases and how an interviewer may perceive your interest in the organization.

LinkedIn is a form of electronic portfolio for both companies as well as individual employees and groups. As far as individual electronic portfolios are concerned its important the portfolio accurately communicates your value to the intended audience. It's important that the electronic portfolios communicate your KSAO's - Knowledge Skills Abilities and Other Characteristics like qualifications . It's also important the electronic portfolio highlights your core competencies as a professional and how you've contributes to your organisation, your line of business and your role. if you're a leader or a manager, you could always highlight your style of your leadership. It's important that you know how to sell yourself in your electronic portfolio. Video resumes or video portfolios are becoming common, since they're more engaging and standout. |
