Circulatory Systems. Below you will find a large list of organisms. Follow the directions for each section.
Section 1. Put a * by every animal that has a closed circulatory system.
Section 2. Place an S next to the organisms that have a single circulatory system at the adult stage. Place a P next to organisms that have a pulmocutaneous circulatory system at the adult stage. Place a D next to organisms that have a double circulatory system at the adult stage. Some organisms may not have a D, P, S and some may have more than one letter for this section.
Section 3.Next, place an L next to the organisms that have a pulmonary circuit (why did we choose for you to use the letter L?).
Section 4. Put a number 1 for animals that have skin as a respiratory surface. Put a number 2 for animals that have gills as a respiratory organ. Put a number 3 for animals that have a tracheal respiratory organ. Put a number 4 for animals that have lungs as respiratory organs. *Some numbers may be used more than once.
Section 5. Lastly, place a letter N for organisms that have an endothermic regulatory system. Put a C for organisms that have ectothermic regulation.
