After incubation of each plate at different temperatures (very low less than 8 °C, moderate temperature/room temperature and very high temperature more than 50)

If the growth of bacteria is higher in the plate incubated at very low temperature, they are phsychrotrophs and this bacterial type was mainly isolated from the fridge.

If the growth of bacteria is higher in the plate incubated at room temperature, they are mesophiles and this bacterial type was mainly isolated from skin.

If the growth of bacteria is higher in the plate incubated at higher temperature, they are thermophiles and this bacterial type was mainly isolated from hot water bath.
