Ans. 1. The difference between endotoxin and exotoxin are as follows:-

Exotoxin:-

1. The are produced by the Gram positive bacteria.

2. They are proteins in nature.

3. They are produced as a part of the growth and metabolism.

4. They are secreted in the surrounding medium.

Endotoxin:-

1. They are released by the Gram negative bacteria.

2. They are lipopolysaccharidss in nature.

3. They are secreted by the cell wall of bacteria

4. They are released when bacteria die .

Ans.2. The basic difference between amniotes and amphibians is as follows:-

1. The amphibian and restricted to moist environment whereas the amniotes are present on terrestrial environments too.

2. Amniotes have shelled egg whereas amphibians do not have shelled eggs.

3. Amphibians have moist skin whereas amniotes have the dry skin.

4. Amphibians do not have the scales whereas amniotes have the scales on there body.

Ans.3. They are also called as true fungi or conjugation fungi.

Cell wall is made up of chitin.

They have sporangiospore as asexual bodies.

They have coenocytic mycelium. Flagellate spores are absent. Sexual spores are called as the zygospores. They are produced inside the zygosporangium by gametangial copulation.

Ans.4. Mesoderm is the germ layer that is present in the embryo of the triploblastic animals. It is present between the ectoderm and the endoderm. It usually give rise to the connective tissue.
