If the DNA sequence is given is the sequence of the coding strand ( strand which is complementary to the template strand ) then the sequence of mRNA will be exactly same as coding strand except T is replaced with U, tRNA anticodon sequence is complementary to mRNA sequence

and amino acids are tyrosine-proline-arginine-threonine

If the DNA sequence given is the template strand then mRNA sequence is complementary to the DNA sequence
