Run 2= enzyme concentration 43(ug/mL), Km= 93

Run 3= enzyme concentration 21.5(ug/mL) , Km= 171

Smaller the km, smaller will be the amount of substrate required to reach the maximal velocity and vice versa.

So in case of higher substrate concentration, its concentration in biological system requires higher km.

On comparing three runs, run 3 have higherhigher km.

Run 2 km is greater than R1 and less than R3.

So by run 2 both higher concentration and lower of concentration of substrate can be maintain in biological system.
